Learnings: I still remember having butterflies in my stomach a day before joining the company as this was my first ever day as a corporate person. From day 1, I learned how exactly a corporate works, from its system to solutions and how organized their system would be. As I had to market the Extramarks Ed. Tech application both to students and school, I had to visit a lot of places and book appointments through cold calling. Topic: Webinar on Conditional
Probability
Objective: As a part of SRM University's workshop, Mathematic webinar was scheduled and I had an opportunity to deliver and train the 2nd year BSc.
Computer Science students on basics of Probability and conditions of Probability.
Outcome: The students attended got an in-depth knowledge on the topics covered and the feedback video is also attached in the file.
Learnings: I got to learn how to give a webinar through online, and how to keep one interactive. I also observed how much knowledge the students had before attending the session and also how much improved they were after the session.

Event: Alumni meet of SRM University
Topic presented: Speech on my experience in SRM University.
Outcome: Experience in alumni talks, sharing knowledge with juniors and network building. I had the opportunity to share my experience with my juniors.
Learnings: This was my first ever alumni talk and I learned the way one should talk in these kind of meets and how voice tone matters. Here in this event, I had to slow down and soften my voice in order to make the students imagine my life in SRM and feel its emotions. This helped me understand the dynamics of Public Speaking.

Event: Workshop at Loyola Institute of Technology (Engineer's association)
Topic: Cloud computing (Az900)
Outcome: The participants got knowledge about Microsoft Azure certification (Az900) and how the exam can be cleared.
Learnings: This was my second session related to Az-900 and I tried to imply all the learnings and feedback I received from the previous event. I tried to cover up more topics and I was able to engage the audience in a better way.

Event: SemiconIndia 2022.
Topic: Presentation on the role of Semiconductor and its future in India
Outcome: I had an opportunity to meet several industrialists and businessmen, including Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw (current Indian Railway Minister)
Learnings: Network Building, public talking skills and Digital Marketing. I got to understand the motive and importance of "Make in India" and its impact going to revolutionize our country within the next decade.
Observations: As a part of my company, my team assembled a stall where we had to pitch the semiconductor model we had to launch. I presented about it and also noticed the different designs of stalls the other companies had setup and their way of networking and pitching.

Event: Internship for 2nd Year BSc. Computer Science students of Patrician college, Chennai
Topic: Presentation on Website Development and its uses
Outcome: The students got trained on website development and created their own websites. They presented it at the end of their internship period.
Learnings: This was the first time I had to deliver a class for the interns of the company and help them with the process of website building and its importance. The conversation made me understand how important the students feel the website is as a part of their curriculum and how they look upon choosing website development as a career.

Topic: Workshop on Enterprise AI in PSNA College, Dindigul
Responsibility: Event management and show host
Learnings: I had to organize an event and handle it through hosting as a part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) signing. I observed how important a college treats the CoE signings and the benefits they get from it and the advantages a student get. I also understood the procedure of setting up Centre of Excellence in a college and the timeline it takes.

Event: 75th Independence day celebration at Loyola Institute of Technology (Engineer's association)
Topic: Presentation on Cloud Computing
Outcome: Dr.J.Radhakrishnan, the serving commissioner of greater Chennai corporation of the state of Tamil Nadu in India was an attendee and I had an opportunity to present in front of him.
Learnings: I completed the Microsoft Az-900 certification and I got the opportunity to present about the experience and the importance of the certificate to a group of faculties and Engineers from Loyola Institute of Technology. The queries of the participants after the event made me realize in how many dimensions, one can reflect a certification. I also had the opportunity to collect some technical skills regarding cloud during the session.
Event: XAL Abacus India student success celebration
Responsibility: Event organizer and host of the show
Outcome: Had an opportunity to develop skills in engaging with large audience and successful organization of events.
Learnings: I had an opportunity to host the show in a school packed with 600+ students wherein the company I worked helped its students getting certified with Abacus. I prepared myself before the show since I believe hosting is an art and its another dynamics of Public speaking. This event helped me build in confidence and also helped me understand the fundamentals of hosting a show.

Event: Signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with New College, Chennai
Responsibility: I had to communicate the company's offerings and advantages if the college signs the MoU. Also provided them with a detailed scheduled those were planned with the college for their entire academic year. I convinced them and got signed with the agreement.
Learnings: I had helped my company sign three MoU's with different colleges but this was the first one. I observed the process of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the mutual benefits of both the company and the institution signing.


Competition name: Leader's Maneuver - Ramaiah Institute of Management - Bengaluru
Position: Winner
Theme of competition: We undergone 10+ rounds and midnight tasks where in the leadership skills were assessed in all dimensions and the winner was selected by a panel of judges.
Learnings: As the title justifies, there was a series of rounds which included stress interview and beat banter. Since each and every round had a shortlisting process based on performance, I had to put up the best show to be in the competition. I made the best use of Strategic planning, communication skills, team collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, resilience, conflict resolution, innovation and time management.
Competitions/Achievements

Competition name: Vendor competition in ISBR Business School(Inter college competition)
Position: Runner up out of 122 teams
Theme of competition: We should have to meet a street vendor, understand his/her stall and business and had to present the whole business setup including the financials.
Learnings: Meeting a street vendor and enquiring about the business is not an easy task but the person we met, Mr. Suraya was very kind and was cooperative to each and every question we asked him. We made a good presentation with a video which was shortlisted to the final phase of the competition and we ended up as a runner. This exercise helped me understand the business and how a vendor treats it for his daily earnings.

Competition name: Bizcraft Business plan competition, XIME
Topic presented: PIR Smart Street Lights
Position: Third position out of 20 teams
Theme of the competition: A presentation on a business idea which should convince the investors and customers.
Learnings: Our idea was to save the huge energy that is being consumed by our nation in the name of street lights. Hence, we proposed the idea of a motion sensor street light where in the bulb would get triggered if the motion sensor transmits an infrared radiation with the help of pyroelectric sensors.

Competition name: Koshys Entrepreneurship Competition
Position: Participation and got eliminated in the first round
Topic presented: Smart truck and its business ideation presentation
Theme of the competition: A presentation on a business idea which should convince the investor
Learnings: We had an idea related to agriculture titled 'Smart truck'. We had an opportunity to present our idea in front of an investor and we had to deliver the entire concept in 5 minutes. We had to answer a lot of queries asked by both the investor as well as the participants and this made us think how more we can develop the idea. Even though we weren't able to win the competition, we had a lot of learnings through it.

I won a book penned by Mr. Chinmay Anand, our Public Speaking trainee named 'Fundamentals of Financial Statements' for delivering a better speech on the ways of saving water and avoidance of its over consumption.
Roles & Responsibilities related to events conducted
Role: Founder and President of MyLan (My Language) Club - The Public Speaking club
Responsibilities: Planning and organizing events & help my fellow mates improve in public speaking
Expectations: Management of the club and providing regular sessions to help them develop public speaking skills. Engagement with students and bringing in more events which would help them develop the art of sharing their ideas to a huge crowd would be possible.

Event Name: Harsha-Shastri trophy (Cricket commentary competition)
Date: 7th December 2023
Responsibility: Event management and student engagement
Learnings: We had a stall where we made the interested students participate in the competition. To cater in more number of competitors, we also conducted a box cricket match and also arranged a food stall so that many would participate in the competition apart from participants interested in cricket. The winner of the event will be announced soon.
Role: Class Ambassador in ISBR Business School
Responsibilities: Managing the class and acting as a bridge between the faculties and class
Learnings: Management of class and providing regular updates of class tasks and assignments to my fellow classmates are expected. My duty is to help my class maintain the the 3D qualities expected from a college and solve situations if any conflicts arises.

Event Name: What Non-sense is this?
Responsibility: Event and student engagement and show host
Learnings: The show was all about answering irrelevant to whatever question was asked by the opponent. I was a lead in organizing the show and also hosted the show. I learned how to run a show adding humor to it and getting all students engaged without getting bored.

Competition name: The Next Founders
Role: Mentor for two teams
Responsibilities: As a mentor, I provided guidance and support on various aspects of their business plans, including:
• Market analysis and competitive research: Helping them understand their target audience, market size, and potential competitors.
• Value proposition and business model: Refining their unique selling proposition and developing a sustainable business model.
• Financial projections: Assisting them in creating realistic and well-defined financial forecasts.
• Presentation skills: Coaching them on delivering impactful and persuasive presentations.
Learnings: I had an opportunity to provide my feedbacks upon the idea brought by them and the discussions among ourselves broaden my mind to think more about the topics discussed.

Event Name: Republic Day celebration - 2024
Responsibility: Student engagement and enrollment
Role: I was a part in the planning committee of ISBR's Republic Day celebration panel and my role was to make student to get registered for the event and engaging with them in case of any queries.

Event Name: AIKYAM - ISBRs Management Fest
Responsibility: Student coordinator and event head for AGRESARA - The Manager event of AIKYAM
Contribution: I drafted the entire flow of the event with the requirements and prepared the rubrics for marking and analyzing the performance of a participant. I also invited an external judge for the event and advertised the event visiting other colleges.
Learnings: Organizing a management event, advertising the event to the students of the other colleges, inviting judges and coordinating the event.

Event Name: Research Paper presentation - 2024
Responsibility: Organizing the Marketing panel for Research presentation
Role: My role was to engage and host the presentation in the Marketing box panel and engaging the entire show was my role.

Social Service & Volunteering experience


Sarvoham dog center
I had an opportunity to visit the Sarvoham Animal Foundation where we had to contribute to the stray dog shelter and understand the issues, demands and space constraints required.

Robinhood food army
With the help of Robinhood food army in Bengaluru, I got an opportunity to volunteer for a day. I distributed free food packets for 300+ residents of the Jeyanagar, Bengaluru and were engaged in few fun filling activities which made our day memorable and heartwarming.

Tumkur Government school
We had an opportunity to visit a couple of government schools in the Tumkur district of Karnataka and we had to present about cybersecurity and its importance for the high school students in their classroom. It was a fun filled and insightful session which will definitely have an impact.

Go green and sustainable
As a part of sharing ethical values, we visited Church Street of Bengaluru and created an awareness of being sustainable and sensible and we also played a vital role installing 20 dustbins around the area.

Anand Vihar Old Age Home
As a part of the curriculum in ISBR, we visit old age home on a monthly basis and it helps us understand our responsibility towards the society and how we can treat the need y by extending our arms.

Role of the company: Production of mechanical tools.
We went to Fest P. Ltd. as a part of Industrial Visit and we had the opportunity to network with the superiors of the company.

Industrial Visit: TITAN
Role of the company: Production of both digital and analogue Titan watches.
TITAN was one of the finest IVs I've ever visited. We had the opportunity to visit each and every production line in the factory and we noted all the process from the purchase of raw materials to its assembly.
